I am Marie-Hélène Bolduc, animal therapy worker, specialized educator and member of the Corporation des zoothérapeutes du Québec. I offer pet therapy sessions according to your needs and objectives. Whether physical, psychological, mental or emotional.
For more than 6 years, I have been offering pet therapy sessions at home, in CHSLDs, private residences, intermediate resources and community organizations. Better! I now receive people at the farm for pet therapy sessions with my trained and selected animals.

Zootherapy, animal-assisted support, aims to promote the bond with patients through the intermediary of the animal. This better promotes communication and makes it possible to achieve objectives such as: self-esteem, autonomy, relaxation, expression, etc.
It is an approach that allows people to express themselves without judgement, to reduce their stress, their anxiety, to break isolation and to develop a feeling of well-being in the presence of the animal. It is based on the fact that animals can have a positive impact on the physical, mental and emotional well-being of human beings.

A qualified and experienced zootherapist at your service
Certified zootherapist, I have been offering group or individual zootherapy sessions for more than 6 years. Whether the objective is to optimize the well-being of the person or to reduce their feeling of insecurity, their agitation, their aggressiveness, I will be able to help you.
On the move, my session partner animals are: the dog, the guinea pig, the cockatiel. You will find during a session or a Zooanimation at the farmhouse other animal partners of intervention such as the pony, the donkey and the mini goat.
My mission is to support you in your well-being. This is why I offer my services to the elderly either with loss of autonomy or cognitive loss, to people with intellectual disabilities, as well as those in palliative care. I also work with preschool and school-aged children.
Experienced, I use effective approaches to help people move away from socialization difficulties, learning difficulties and sleep disorders, loneliness, lack of self-confidence, etc. They are based on the principle that the animal can help promote sensory awareness and stimulate communication.
